💼 Your Mission
Within the Group’s Shared Service Center (SSC), the role holder is responsible for processing day-to-day accounting operations in SAP.
You will work daily in SAP for accounting treatments and in Notion for process documentation, while ensuring operational follow-up and responding to SSC ticketing requests.
📋 Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Cloud ERP Accounting Support
🏦 Bank reprocessing:
Integrate and reconcile bank transactions, clear bank transit accounts, escalate recurring discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.📨 Sub-ledger reconciliation:
Perform manual and semi-automated reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts; produce regular reporting on the aging of outstanding items.📬 Customer dunning:
Execute customer reminder campaigns according to the defined schedule (friendly reminders levels 1 & 2), configure and launch automatic dunning programs, monitor overdue receivables and customer outstanding balances, coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve disputes.📂 Payroll reconciliation:
Reconcile payroll data (files from the payroll system) with SAP accounting entries; verify consistency of personnel expense accounts (641, 645, 647…) and social liability accounts (43x); identify and analyze discrepancies between payroll and accounting; ensure monthly reconciliation before closing and formalize supporting documentation; contribute to accounting entries for provisions (paid leave, social charges).📊 Other operations:
Integration of expense reports and occasional audits of related documentation, balance sheet reconciliations.🔗 Intercompany flows:
Issue intercompany invoices, reconcile financial elements (intragroup loans, interest), and manage all cross-company financial flows.
2. International Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for local accounting teams regarding SAP-related topics.
Support subsidiaries in adopting standardized SSC processes.
Train users on SAP best practices and other Group tools.
3. Operational Monitoring & Documentation
Update SSC operational dashboards.
Track subsidiary tickets/requests via the Notion workflow.
Draft and maintain operating procedures and process documentation.
Participate in team rituals (daily, weekly meetings) and escalate blockers when needed.
🎓 Profile Required
Education
Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance (BTS CG, DCG, DSCG, Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting & Finance or equivalent).
SAP certification (FI/CO) is a strong plus.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience, including significant hands-on SAP experience in a multi-entity / multi-country environment.
Experience in a Shared Service Center or consulting firm (Big 4, IT services company).
