Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

💼 Your Missions
As part of our ambitious plan to build over 100 charging stations in Switzerland by the end of 2030, we are looking for an intern to support in coordinating the development and implementation of our Electra fast charging stations from A to Z.
By joining Electra Switzerland now, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the market expansion of a young company in a booming industry while benefiting from the support and experience of our Electra HQ in France.
As Project Manager you are capable of following and coordinating from A to Z the development and implementation of our Electra ultra-fast charging stations. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will work closely with our customer portfolio and our operations team to successfully implement our stations ensuring quality and speed.
🦸♀️🦸♂️Your responsibilities
Organize and deliver the entire installation of an Electra charging station in collaboration with OPS team
Assess EV charging deployment concept and feasibility together with the DEV team and architects
Plan the various project milestones, mobilize and coordinate our installation partners, etc.
Manage several projects at the same time: define the scope of action of each partner including budget, resources, risks and main deliverables.
Coordinate the various parties involved: landowner, client, DSOs, engineering offices, installation partners, local authorities and more
😎 Your Profile
You have an educational background in electrical engineering, electrical planning or equivalent.
You are reactive, able to make decisions quickly and oriented towards finding solutions in a rapidly changing environment
You have excellent oral and written communication skills and you know how to handle different stakeholders around the same project
You learn and adapt quickly
You have an analytical, problem-solving mind
You are good at multitasking and you keep a global vision of the projects you manage
You have a desire to develop and learn in a fast-growing start-up
You speak (Swiss) German and English fluently. French would be a bonus.
You are interested in current energy and environmental topics with a passion for electromobility
