Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 5 years, we have:

• Deployed +700 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points

• Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market

• Opened several offices in France and Europe

• Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions

💼 Your Mission

As an Architect, you’ll be working to design and deploy ultra-fast charging stations in Spain. You’ll be working with the Development team to design attractive charging locations and enhance customer experience as well as with the Operations team to time-effectively roll-out the secured locations.

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the technical and regulatory feasibility, according to design standards of Electra.

• Create necessary documentation to respond to tender requests.

• Create construction plans, diagrams, photos, videos, and 3D renderings.

• Visit future locations for the installation of Electra stations.

• Prepare files for urban planning permits, incl. analysis of urban and technical regulations

• Coordinate with the engineering and installation partners.

• Collaborate with the product department for the definition and installation of signage at the stations.

This is a fixed-term contract (September 2026 – March 2027) to cover a parental leave.

😎 Your Profile

You are a dynamic and responsive person with an interest in the field of electric vehicle charging. You are organized, meticulous, and versatile by nature. You have good communication skills that allow you to easily interact with various project stakeholders. You know the specificities of urban planning in Spain.

Required skills for the position:

• You have an degree in Architecture or equivalent with 4+ years work experience

• You are familiar with all project realisation phases (from design to execution).

• Proficient in Autocad (mandatory), Sketchup, Illustrator, Artlantis and Adobe CC. Twinmotion would be a plus.

• You have experience participating in tenders (AOs) and in administrative procedures related to urban planning.

• You speak and write Spanish and English at a professional level (Basic knowledge of French would be a plus).

• You may occasionally be required to travel to visit our stations and future construction sites in Spain.

• You are interested in current energy and environmental topics with a passion for electromobility.
