As Electra enables its leaders to deliver across Europe, our model is evolving from geography-based to a matrix model, where People People Business Partners scopes are based on business growth stage.
We're hire two Senior People Business Partner roles.
Join us as Senior People Business Partner to
enable scopes reporting into our Chief Business Officer and Chief Finance Officer (HQ Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal Network Management, Public Affairs, and expansion country leaders which include BeNeLux and France) to make the right decisions day-to-day for their teams to deliver and thrive OR enable Leaders reporting into our Chief Operations Officer and Chief Technology Officer (HQ Operations, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Rollout, and rollout country leaders which include Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Czechia) to make the right decisions day-to-day for their teams to deliver and thrive.
bring French expertise to the partnering team (business-wide) and own french instances (eg. CSE) OR bring international expertise to the partnering team, business-wide
support the Associate People Business Partner who enables Team Leads (proximimity managers) across the entire business
work closely with People Operations who provide first-line support and own reliable employee processes, and Talent Acquisition who partner with leaders and managers on their recruitment needs
đŠžââïžđŠžââïž Your Responsibilities
1) Strengthen leadership - 45%
The manager is responsible for making decisions and having conversations with their team.
You use data, business acumen, and trusted relationships to influence and drive engaged, high-performing teams and a clear strategy: 6-month workforce plans, consistent business-first and people-centric pay and mobility decisions, org changes without disruption. This means:
Understanding and being a thought partner on their strategies, org design, workforce plans, operating models and growth challenges,
Identifying risks, challenging assumptions and making actionable recommendations to help solve the root cause of those challenges,
Enabling leaders to translate challenges into opportunities and clear priorities that connect People decisions to growth, performance, capacity and cost.
2) Contribute to, and deploy People Experience projects - 35%
Lead key, recurrent global processes across engagement, performance, compensation, promotion and mobilities (submissions, alignement sessions) consistently and effectively
Improve those key global processes by leveraging tools (eg. AI), frameworks (eg. an Agile approach, user research and design thinking principles) and skills (eg. feedback)
Contribute strategic insights to the wider People team and deploy projects to leaders (eg. salary bands, career map, leadership training & more) so our work is used, useful, and solves root-cause challenges
Strengthen and streamline collaboration across People Business Partnering, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Office teams
3) Handle complex cases across markets - 20%
Upskill and guide leaders through sensitive ER cases (eg. underperformance, exits, restructures) balancing business needs, employee experience, local legal context and consistency (eg. set clear escalation thresholds, build and store decision-ready documentation)
Think global, act local: partner with local experts and external legal partners when required, and look beyond immediate cases to identify patterns and prevent them from recurring as we scale

Experiences
5â8+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Business Partner in a fast-growing, international environment
successfully embedding company wide People initiatives that transform an organisation
navigating and learning different legal and cultural contexts
using data to prioritise work, diagnose issues and measure impact
using People and productivity tools (eg. sheets, Lucca, Claude, etc)
Even better if
Youâre sensei level in most of our tech stack e.g. Lucca, TeamTailor, Notion, sheets, Claude.
Have leveraged Agile practices in the People space.
