💼 Your Missions
To support our fast growth and growing European footprint, we’re looking for a FP&A Associate to join our Finance team in Paris. Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, you’ll play a key role in steering performance, shaping strategic decisions, and scaling our financial planning capabilities at both France country level and Group headquarters.
🦸♀️🦸♂️ Your responsabilities:
Business Partnering for France perimeter
Work closely with the General Manager and take ownership of financial reportings for the French perimeter;
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of the network in France (station performance and related ROI) and provide recommendations to support future investment cases;
Own the budgeting and forecasting processes for France;
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of financial data in collaboration with the controlling, accounting and data teams.
Group FP&A topics
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes at Group level (e.g. O&M costs, Corporate costs, Capex, …), work closely with the Head of Departments and assist them during the budget and forecast processes;
Produce monthly financial reporting packages for top management and investors;
Support the Headquarters FP&A team in preparing long-term strategic planning forecasts (10+ years).
Data & Tools Development
Bring a data-driven mindset and being comfortable with SQL or similar tools (or demonstrate a strong interest in developing this skill at Electra) to help implement scalable financial processes;
Contribute to the development of our modern Bi-tool OMNI and our future EPM to be launched by next year.
😎 Your Profile
You have +3 years of experience in Transaction services, FP&A, audit and/or consulting, transaction services, with prior experience in a fast-growth environment;
You have a strategic mindset, but are also hands-on and comfortable building processes from scratch;
You thrive in a fast-moving environment, are solutions-oriented;
You’re a confident communicator, able to work with Top-management;
You have excellent modeling (Excel and Google Sheets) and analytical skills; experience with data tools and/or modern FP&A tools is a plus;
You are fluent in English and French.
