💼 Your Missions
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Industry team and contribute to the development of next-generation EV charging infrastructure across Europe. You will play a key role in the design, commissioning, and optimization of electrical systems supporting our charging stations, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
🦸♀️🦸♂️Your responsibilities
- Design and size EV charging stations and its electrical components (cables, LV cabinets, fuses, chargers, inverters, circuit breakers, etc.) using dedicated industry tools
- Analyze different grid architectures : AC/DC, low and high voltage, with the integration of batteries and PV systems
- Supporting techno-economical optimization of station design to ensure performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Participate in on-site commissioning activities to ensure proper system startup and design compliance
- Support diagnosis and resolution of technical issues on EV charging stations to ensure uptime and reliability
- Ensure safety is at the core of all electrical design and implementation decisions
- Evaluate and minimize electrical system losses
- Ensure compliance with national and European electrical installation regulations
- Manage and support several infrastructure deployment projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with suppliers, construction partners, and internal teams
- Provide technical input and continuous improvements throughout the project lifecycle
😎 Your Profile
Must have:
- Experience in electrical engineering, in electrical infrastructure design and hardware sizing
- Familiarity with AC/DC systems, grid integration, and electrical protection
- Proficiency with electrical design tools (e.g., elec calc, EPLAN, Caneco, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent)
- Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance
- High level of autonomy, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- English and French - fluent, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
Nice to have:
- Interest in data analysis to improve infrastructure performance
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Knowledge in electrical system control technology : PLC, EMS, telecommunication networks.
