Deployed +440 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points
Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a European market leader

💼 Your Missions
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a someone from early May to late September.
Acting as both a project owner and facilitator, you will drive the evolution of our internal training offer, support the rollout of career development frameworks, define the roadmap for a future LMS, and contribute to building a strong learning culture across the company.
The role also includes optimizing People tools, organizing company-wide events, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our People roadmap.

Learning & Development Strategy
- Design, refine, and deploy our Learning & Development approach, aligning with business goals and people growth strategies.
- Evolve our internal training offering, including Electra Climate Academy, managerial development & soft skills programs.
- Identify and address learning needs across teams, with a particular focus on leadership capabilities at all levels.
- Engage with external providers and subject-matter experts to enrich our L&D portfolio.

Career Development & Mapping
- Partner with People Business Partners and Business leads to design and implement career maps that reflect clear growth paths and skill progression.
- Support the rollout of career development frameworks, making them accessible and actionable for employees and managers.

Learning Impact & Continuous Improvement
- Track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback loops, data analysis, and qualitative insights.
- Recommend improvements and adaptations to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.
- Champion a culture of learning by facilitating the managerial community and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.

L&D Systems & Tools Optimization
- Ensure accurate training tracking and analytics in Lucca HRIS, and propose enhancements to improve user experience and data insights.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for seamless execution of L&D processes.
- Define the criteria and roadmap to support the selection and deployment of a Learning Management System (LMS) in 2026, ensuring it aligns with our L&D vision, employee needs, and growth ambitions.

Employee Experience & Events
- Co-lead the organization of group offsites (250+ people) in collaboration with the Office Manager, owning logistics, communication, and programming that align with our culture and values.
😎 Your Profile
- You bring solid experience in Learning & Development and/or Career Development, ideally in fast-paced or scale-up environments.
- You know how to design impactful learning journeys and translate career growth into clear, actionable frameworks.
- You have led People initiatives with structure and autonomy, juggling strategy and execution with ease.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working across intercultural teams and various tools (Lucca, Notion, Jira, LMS, etc.).
- You think in terms of impact, not just processes, with a mindset that’s collaborative, curious, and always looking to elevate the employee experience.
