Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 5 years, we have:
Deployed +700 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points to establish Electra as a leader in the European market.
Opened several offices in France and Europe
Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

💼 Your Mission:
You will join the InfraDev Ops team, led by Lancelot, a transversal team within Electra's Infra Dev Department, supporting all Infra Dev teams (Station Design & Build, Energy Systems, Procurement, QSE) and the Rollout team (Team building and deploying Electra’s Stations) across Europe.
🔧 Pillar 1: Maintain Operational Excellence
Run, administrate and maintain Sitetracker by supporting users across multiple countries, deploying the platform to external partners, and ensuring continuous data quality
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor and sustain operational performance across countries
Deliver training sessions on Sitetracker for internal teams and new users
Maintain and enrich the knowledge base: process sheets, documentation, best practices
🛠️ Pillar 2: Build & Develop - Tools, Automations & AI
Leverage AI use cases and build AI agents & workflows to enhance operations across countries (Claude Cowork, Dust, Notion AI, …)
Help designing and implementing data architectures to capture the data needed to monitor Operations and provide strategic visibility
Identify and build workflows and automations to improve operational performance at European scale
📊 Pillar 3: Analyze, Provide Insights & Build Forecasting
Analyze operational data to provide strategic visibility and actionable insights to leadership through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis
Improve and build forecasting models for the Rollout pipeline (station openings by country and project type)
Contribute to CAPEX monitoring, procurement cost tracking, and Purchase Order quality control

Soft SkillsCurious & eager to learn - excited to go beyond their core skills into finance, project management, and strategy
Autonomous & proactive - takes initiative, doesn't wait to be told what to do
Structured & rigorous - able to document, model processes, and maintain high data quality standards
Good communicator - comfortable working with stakeholders from multiple countries and functions
Fluent in English (working language at Electra)
Hard Skills
Databases & data models - basic understanding of how data is structured and linked between systems; experience with relational databases or data modeling is a plus
SaaS tools - has used or explored CRM/ops platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Notion, ...); curious about how they work under the hood
Workflows & automations - some exposure to no-code/low-code tools (N8N, Make, Zapier or equivalent) or a strong desire to learn
AI tools & models - awareness of AI tools and workflows (Claude, Dust, Notion AI, ChatGPT, ...); interested in applying AI to real operational use cases
Analytics & data - comfortable analyzing data (Excel, Google Sheets, or any BI tool); SQL or familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Omni, Looker, ...) is a bonus
