💼 Your Missions
We are looking for a Business Developer in charge of building, negotiating and signing partnerships with key landowners (real estate companies, hotel or restaurant chains, retailers, parking lot managers, ...) to develop Electra's ultra-fast charging network in high-traffic urban areas.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will liaise with all Electra teams (finance, operations, product, ...) to identify the best synergies with our partners and the most suitable sites for ultra-fast charging.
🦸🦸♀️Your Responsibilities
In cities, the Business Developer is responsible for :
Identify the most relevant sites according to Electra's internal strategy and gather key information.
Prospect in person and on the phone like a conqueror to arouse the curiosity and interest of your contacts.
Qualify leads interested in Electra and discover partners' needs.
Promote Electra's value proposition in different sectors (retail, hotels, restaurants) to a variety of decision-maker profiles: hotel or store manager, landowner, technical manager, etc.
Write and defend commercial and technical proposals, including the sizing of charging stations, layout models and fees paid to partners,
Fill in Hubspot CRM activity, keep it up to date and identify areas for optimization.
Work closely with the team to continuously improve Lead Generation processes.

Win sites and bring commercial negotiations to a successful conclusion in order to secure several sites per year.

You have 1 to 5 years of experience
Efficiency and constant concern to optimize processes
Customer relations skills and ability to listen to customers' needs
Strong capacity for organization, analysis and synthesis in a complex, fast-growing environment
Passionate and convinced by electric mobility
Pro-activity and initiative to keep abreast of all new business development opportunities
Fluid, clear and transparent communication

You've already worked with retail, hotel and catering companies.
