💼 Your Missions
As Roll-out Team Lead (BeLux), your mission is to secure the execution of the BeLux roll-out engine: keep projects moving fast and safely from late development into delivery, and ensure the PM team has the operating rhythm, tools, and escalation paths to hit our CP and CAPEX targets. You will work in close partnership with the Head of Ops (maintenance/industry), the BeLux commercial teams, and HQ infrastructure functions.
Scope: Belgium + Luxembourg (with an explicit focus on Luxembourg execution reliability).
🦸♀️🦸♂️Your responsibilities
1) Delivery cadence & execution rituals
Own the roll-out operating cadence: weekly follow-up, risk reviews, milestone tracking, and escalation
Ensure “no-surprise” execution with clear dashboards and leading indicators
2) PM team leadership
Lead the PM team day-to-day (direct reporting line in option 3)
Support prioritization and resource allocation across the funnel (new sites, extensions, retrofits)
Support on construction-connected topics (CAPEX, reforecast, etc.)
3) Stakeholder and third-party management
Coordinate with key accounts on build topics and construction constraints
Manage interfaces with construction partners, local stakeholders, and internal teams to unblock projects
4) Performance management
Track performance on delivery lead times, CAPEX, CP delivery, and on-time go-live
Drive continuous improvement (templates, standards, best practices)
😎 Your Profile
5+ years of experience in project delivery / infrastructure / operations in a fast-paced environment (Team Lead scope)
Engineering background (civil, industrial, mechanical, electrical, or similar) — comfortable with technical topics and construction constraints
Strong ability to run an execution cadence and to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable with numbers (CAPEX tracking, KPIs) and with operational trade-offs
Clear communicator; pragmatic “maker” mindset; high ownership
Languages: English required; French and/or Dutch (both strongly preferred)
