VP Sales B2B
🏠 What Do We Do?
Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 5 years, we have:
Deployed +700 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points
Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
Opened several offices in France and Europe
Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award
Assembled a team of over +280 talents… and this is just the beginning !
💼 Your Missions
As VP Sales B2B at Electra, you will take the reins of our B2B commercial strategy. Your goal: structure, steer, and grow our business with professional fleets. You will build a scalable sales machine: go-to-market strategy, organization, execution, forecast predictability, and closing of strategic accounts. You report to the SVP Revenue and work daily with Product, Ops/Deployment, Marketing, Finance, Legal.
Your main responsabilities:
1) Strategy & Go-to-market
Define the B2B fleet strategy: segmentation, ICP, targeting, value proposition by vertical, packaging/offer.
Build the playbooks: prospecting, qualification, discovery, business case, negotiation, contracting.
Steer the partnerships / channels strategy (where relevant) vs. direct sales.
2) Forecast ownership & predictability
Own the pipeline, revenue, and margin targets, and forecast quality.
Set up sales governance: review cadence (pipeline, forecast), standard KPIs (coverage, conversion, cycle, win rate).
Define and enforce a pricing & discounting policy (in coordination with the Pricing team).
3) Key accounts & complex deals
Personally drive a portfolio of strategic accounts and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
4) Organization & leadership
Recruit, structure, and manage the FR Sales team directly, and support local General Managers on these topics.
Define territories, individual targets, coaching rituals, onboarding, and sales enablement.
Strengthen the RevOps / CRM function (process, data quality, reporting).
5) Voice of the market internally
Formalize field feedback (objections, expectations, enterprise requirements) and turn it into product/offer priorities.
Co-build a segment-oriented demand gen strategy with Marketing (ABM/events/partnerships)
