Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 4 years, we have:
Deployed 400 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points
Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
Opened several offices in France and Europe
Raised over €750 million in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

💼 Your Missions
🔍 Analyze and Optimize the Revenue Performance
Support sales pipeline of B2B Accounts using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable visibility.
Support lead generation by analyzing market trends, customer segmentation, and performance metrics to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Identify underperforming funnel stages, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend tactical adjustments to improve conversion rates.
Design and test acquisition strategies, track results, and report on pipeline health to stakeholders.
Contribute to deal desk activities, including pricing analysis, approval flows, and post-signature process tracking.
Coordinate the end-to-end sales workflow, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams and timely progression through each sales stage.
Standardize and refine offer structuring and quoting processes, adapting to evolving customer needs and market dynamics.

🌐 Scale Strategic Initiatives Across the B2B Ecosystem
- Map and maintain an ecosystem view of partner organizations, industry associations, and strategic accounts to support scalable outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to activate commercial partnerships and monitor utilization of charging infrastructure.
- Gather field insights and transform qualitative and quantitative data into strategic inputs for go-to-market planning and sales enablement.
😎 Your Profile
- You're pursuing a degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field, and have a strong interest in commercial strategy and operations.
- You are data-driven and capable of translating numbers into actionable commercial decisions.
- You’re a strong communicator who can clearly articulate complex ideas and tailor your message to different audiences.
- You’re entrepreneurial, self-starting, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
- You’re organized and excel at stakeholder and project management.
- You're fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and French is a big plus.
