Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 4 years, we have:

• Deployed 400 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points

• Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market

• Opened several offices in France and Europe

• Raised over €750 million in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions

• Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

💼 Your missions

As a Network Operations Manager, you will work on the development, deployment, and operation of ultra-fast charging stations in Switzerland. You will collaborate closely with the Swiss operations team, as well as our international Customer Care team, to ensure seamless operation of our charging stations at the local level. Additionally, you will maintain continuous communication with our site partners to ensure the sustainable success of our charging hubs and an excellent customer experience.

• Building a partner network for maintaining our charging hubs

• Coordinating maintenance operations

• Analyzing the performance of locations

• Monitoring and managing stations in our backend

• Defining KPIs and SLAs for maintenance and support

• Providing support for Customer Care

• Taking concrete actions (e.g., visibility, access to restrooms, blocked charging points, cleaning, etc.)

• Handling 3rd-level inquiries

• Analyzing customer feedback and taking appropriate action

• Partner management and contract negotiations with service providers

• Firmware rollouts for existing installations

• Developing guidelines for Switzerland

• Sales and legal support for the Property Management division

💚 Your Profile

You are a dynamic and responsive individual with an interest in e-mobility. You are organized, diligent, conscientious, and naturally versatile. You possess strong communication skills, which makes working with various project stakeholders easy. You have experience in operating charging infrastructure and understand the complexity of coordinating various components.

• A bachelor or master degree with an engineering background, or an apprenticeship qualification with further education

• Professional-level German and English (French is a big plus)

• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration

• Analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into valuable insights

• Proven experience in cross-functional teamwork to achieve shared goals

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

• Preferably experience in operating charging infrastructure

• Interest in current energy and environmental topics, with a passion for e-mobility

• Willingness to travel regularly to our charging hubs and site partners in Switzerland

• Class B driver’s license
