Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 3 years, we have:
- Deployed 400 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points
- Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
- Opened several offices in France and Europe
- Raised over €750 million in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions

As our very first Senior Business Developer Czech Republic, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the expansion of Electra's fast-charging network in the country. Managing the full sales cycle, you'll be instrumental in building the sales machine, establishing robust processes and strategies to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will involve strategic lead generation, complex negotiations and deal conversion. In this influential position, you'll serve as the primary ambassador for Electra, embodying our brand's essence and values, and establishing lasting relationships with our key clients.

- Crafting and leading the roadmap for our expansion plan, pinpointing strategic areas for development in Czech Republic.
- Tailoring Electra's offerings to align with market nuances and closely monitoring local policies to adapt accordingly.
- Building the sales machine and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless process.
- Navigate complex negotiations with clients, leveraging persuasive skills and strategic thinking.
- Secure committee validation for potential sites, demonstrating thoroughness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Mapping, onboarding and developing key accounts and partners in order to bolster our presence and impact in the market.
😎 Your Profile
- You have 7+ years experience in business development, account management, expansion or a similar field.
- You have strong analytical skills (being able to rationalize your filtering approach of good vs bad locations) and are able to turn numbers into valuable insights.
- You excel at managing priorities, demonstrating autonomy and possessing strong organizational skills in your planning.
- Great communicator, you enjoy tackling commercial challenges and can easily connect with new people, even when facing objections.
- With a resilient mindset and a strong focus on achieving results, you have the ability to translate long-term visions into actionable plans.
- You know how to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment and you a willing to join a scale up in full construction !
- You Czech and English fluently.
