🏠Who are we?

Born in 2021 out of a desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle that is recharging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make recharging electric vehicles easier, with a network of fast recharging stations (20 minutes on average) and a user experience that's simplified to the max.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030; proud to be part of Europe's energy transition.

In 5 years, we have:

• Deployed +650 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points

• Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a European market leader

• Opened several offices across Europe

• Raised over 1 billion euros in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions

• Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

🧳 Your Mission

• Financial Analysis: You will contribute to the development of detailed financial reports and analyses, ensuring they are aligned with the highest company standards.

• Management Controlling: You will support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, helping to maintain effective control over financial performance.

• Operational Management: You will be involved in general accounting and account reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of financial data in collaboration with the external accounting firm.

• Compliance & Regulation: You will ensure that all financial activities comply with applicable regulations and standards.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that financial objectives are achieved effectively and that processes are continuously optimized.

• Country-specific & Cross-country Projects: You will take part in financial initiatives covering both Italy-specific projects and cross-border projects in collaboration with HQ.
  

• Train a professional capable of analyzing and managing financial data with both technical expertise and strategic vision.

• Participate in the financial planning and management controlling process.

• Gain hands-on experience in cash flow management, accounting, and monitoring of financial performance.

• Develop a comprehensive, 360° understanding of the finance world, including the various business functions involved in financial processes.

• Required: Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

• A plus: Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent tools.

• Analytical mindset & problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex data and develop structured, innovative solutions.

• Financial expertise: Academic or professional experience in financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, actively contributing to the achievement of shared goals.

• Autonomy: Proactive and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities independently.

• Intellectual curiosity: A critical, analytical mindset with a drive to find new solutions to financial challenges.

🗣 Language Skills:

• Italian: Advanced level.

• English: Fluent, both written and spoken.
