Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle of recharging .

Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum. Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid, Munich and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. For cities without noise and pollution!

💼 Your Missions

As part of the Network Operations team, you will report to the Maintenance Manager. As an EV Maintenance Engineer at Electra, you will be at the heart of the operation of our charging stations. On a daily basis, you will be involved in maintenance activities and the commissioning of new stations to maintain the highest possible level of availability.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Supervise the operation of charging points and stations.
• Troubleshoot faults and errors using our supervision tools.
• Trigger corrective maintenance operations.
• Provide direct telephone support to maintenance technicians in managing their work and ensuring that equipment is put back into service correctly.
• Assist Project Managers with the commissioning of new stations.
• Analyse technical problems reported by customers together with the Customer Care team.
• Ensure that schedules are properly monitored and that maintenance partners meet their deadlines.
• Prepare and manage technical improvement and retrofit campaigns.
• Contribute to improving maintenance tools and processes.

Objectives and expected results:

• To supervise the smooth running of all the technical installations in the Electra network and to implement corrective action quickly in the event of breakdowns or malfunctions.

😎 Your Profile

• You have a civil engineering or industrial engineering background in electricity, electromechanics, maintenance or automation.
• Experience in industrial electricity or electric vehicle charging infrastructure is a plus.
• You are based in Belgium.
• You have a driving licence.
• You speak at least 2 of these 3 languages: French, Dutch, English. 
• You are comfortable using digital tools and IT.
• You are rigorous, dynamic, autonomous, you like learning and you want to join an innovative company in a constantly evolving sector.
