Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid and Munich Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. For cities without noise and pollution!

🛠️ About the Data and Information Systems team
The newly established Data and Information Systems department at Electra has 4 sub teams: Data, IT, Internal platform and Cyber security. Comprising software engineers, data engineers, analysts and security engineers, this department will be pivotal in developing data-driven insights and systems that support our product innovation and operational excellence.
The scope of the Product Manager is positioned on Data and Internal Platform.
Data Team
3 engineers focused on our data platform, with the mission of providing trusted and valuable data to everyone to generate insights and improve decision making.
Internal Platform Team
The Internal Platform team will build a best-in class platform to support Electra’s strategy and operational excellence. They will work with all teams to bring technological expertise as needed, for example for software selection and parametrisation, make or buy decisions or integration strategies. When strategically relevant, they will develop in-house applications or integrations.
Audience of the team
All teams across the Electra organisation in Europe.
💼 Your Mission
To develop this new strategic team we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into an outcome-based roadmap. The ideal candidate will excel in senior stakeholder management and have a proven track record of managing complex projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
🦸♀️🦸 Your Responsibilities
Data
• Strategy: Align data initiatives with the strategic goals and business needs of Electra.
• Marketing and Evangelism: Promote the data platform within the company, showcasing its value through trainings, demos, and support. Develop data champions in each team to ensure consistent and clean data usage across the organization.
• Roadmap Development: Empathize with internal users to understand their business goals and constraints, turn their requests into measurable outcomes, identify opportunities to solve their main problems. Prioritize the effort with the team using an outcome-based roadmap.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, clearly explaining choices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Internal Platforms
• User-Centricity: Deeply understand the business goals, constraints, and pain points of internal users. Understand heir job, pain points and ambition and identify opportunities to solve their main problems.
• Roadmap Development: Transform user requests into measurable outcomes and success criteria for tool selection. Assess the value, viability, and risks of user requests to prioritize team efforts.
• Benchmarking: Stay updated on industry tools and trends, engage with competitors, and support the team in defining a Make or Buy strategy based on expected value and viability (cost, time to value, risk).
• Stakeholder Alignment: Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, clearly explaining choices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Marketing: Market the team’s products internally through demos, product guides, and use-case demonstrations, treating internal platforms as if selling a SaaS product.
• Strategy: Continuously assess how internal platforms need to evolve to best serve company strategy. Optionally, explore opportunities to license or monetize these internal tools.
😎 Your Profile
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably with experience in data-intensive environments or tech companies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to understand stakeholder needs, manage senior stakeholders effectively, and guide expertise from various departments to achieve product clarity and success.
• Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for the EV market and a commitment to driving sustainable and innovative solutions.
Fluency in French is mandatory for this role.
