🏠 What do we do ?

Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle of recharging. Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid, Munich and Amsterdam Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. For cities without noise and pollution!

In 4 years we have :

• Provided more than 2000 fast charging points
• Secured enough stations to make Electra a market leader

💼 Your mission

Join Electra Switzerland as an intern and help develop 100 charging stations by 2026! You'll support the end-to-end coordination of our fast-charging projects, contributing to market expansion in a booming industry. Be part of a the swiss team, grow your soft skills, and benefit from Electra expertise.

⚡Your role

• Work with Electra Operations and construction partners to launch stations.
• Oversee installations, ensuring smooth execution with all stakeholders.
• Visit sites across Switzerland to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize project milestones with the Project Managers.
• Take responsibility for your own projects and drive them to completion.
• Improve processes and propose new ideas to streamline operations.
• Manage multiple projects, tracking tasks, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Build relationships with key players in EV adoption, including grid operators, engineers, and local authorities.

😎Your profile

• You are currently enrolled or have a bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in civil / electrical engineering, first practical experience is a plus
• You are analytical, thorough, and proactive
• You are autonomous, organised and have a strong team spirit
• You have a desire to develop and learn in a fast-growing start-up
• You are fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
• You are interested in current energy / environmental topics with a passion for electromobility
• You are available to start in March, April or June 2025 for a 6 months journey
